Lewis Hamilton has or had Johnnie Walker on his helmet. Not a full car sponsor but its in F1.

Johnny Walker for Mclaren and Kingfisher and Whyte and Mackay for Force India off the top of my head....not too uncommon.

Force India has been plastered (no pun intended) with alcohol brands, all owned by United Breweries. In addition to Kingfisher and Whyte & Mackay, there's also Royal Challenge and Vladivar.
